Igbainoba Uche Rose, 24, was arrested at the Lagos airport after landing from Dubai. A suspected member of the cartel, Ofor Kamsochukwu Chimezie, was also traced and arrested. Rose, who works as a clerical officer, said she was promised N500k for the deal.
